AT THE TABLE
Tasting notes
Light yellow colour; the fine and persistent perlage guarantees a durable foam in the glass. Delicate notes of white fruit; on the palate it is particularly fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
Food pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it can be also well combined with meals., in particular with“baccalà alla vicentina” (salted codfish)
