The Valtramigna lies in a very fortunate location in the eastern part of the province of Verona, just a few kilometers north of Soave. It is a predominantly agricultural area and the grapevine is one of its most successful crops. For this very reason the area is blessed with two wines of Controlled Denomination of Origin: the Soave and the Valpolicella. The Bennati Winery originated at the beginning of the century in such a highly favorable wine region and precisely in Cazzano di Tramigna. The production of the very prestigious local wines and especially the aging of the Amarone and the Recioto della Valpolicella wines were the only activities to which the company dedicated itself during its early inception. Afterwards, the Bennaty Winery extended its interest to the wines of the surrounding areas, taking care of their qualitative aspect exclusively. At the present time the company is able to offer its customers a wide range of high-quality wines, which have already encountered favorable reviews and success in Italy and abroad.
