Tasting notes
Light yellow colour; fine and persistent perlage, a creamy foam with delicate aromas of citrus fruits and yeast; on the palate it is particularly fresh and mineral.

Food pairings
Excellent as aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, in particular with the regional dish “baccalà alla vicentina” (salted codfish).

Service temperature: 4°-6°C.
